AUThe room was nice and i received a goodis bag on arrival. I also liked the cotainers in the fridge alloxated to each room. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking and eating utensils and COOP across the road
One bathroom for up to 10 people, when the toilets are in the bathroom it can be a problem

FRIt's very close to the center of town, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was a bit strange, in what felt like a back alley. Also, it was quite troublesome to share a single bathroom with two other rooms.
CAI wish I knew about these properties sooner ( they have a fair number of them ). This was clean, a huge room, great shared bath and kitchen at a very (very) reasonable price. Location is near the train and the city, but a poorer area. Seemed very safe.
CALocation to where I needed to be in Reggio Emilia was excellent. Andrea was very helpful!
