I stayed at this hotel near Malpensa Airport for one night before traveling to Turin after a late-night flight. The hostess kindly picked me up from the airport, which was incredibly helpful and made the arrival stress-free. She was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help — giving clear advice, sharing useful information, and explaining the best transportation options. You really feel taken care of. The hotel itself was very clean, cozy, and felt like home. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. And the breakfast in the morning was excellent — fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended for anyone needing a comfortable and warm place to stay near Malpensa Airport.

"Check checkin time"

: The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The location is convenient for the airport, and the hotel offers a shuttle service for just 10 euros, which is excellent value compared to the 30 euro Uber fare. This alone makes it a practical choice for travelers.

. The Problem: The check-in time of 5pm was a serious inconvenience. I arrived in Milan at 7am on a freezing cold morning (just 2 degrees) and had nowhere to go. I wasn't aware of this unusually late check-in time when I booked - this is the first hotel I've encountered with such a policy. Being forced to spend the entire day in the cold city waiting until 5pm was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating.
