"Peace and privacy"

Frictories station of residency located in a nice garden, about 1,5 from Limnionas, wonderful views from large balcony. Wild nature, you may meet goats on your way to beautiful Akti beach which is about 2 km from the hotel but difficult to get down. Taverns in Limnionas wait you for dinner, while you can make the breakfast yourself – the kitchenette is fully equipped. But you have to bring food, because no shops nearby. The internet is very strong , we had WiFi range extender in our room. Worth to visit to meet peace and privacy.

"Wonderful stay"

Amazing views from the terrace of this apartment. You can find everything you need in this apartment. It's important that you can find shops and patrol stations only about 35 km from this point, so you need rent a car. The hosts are careful and unobtrosive. Apartment was cleaned daily.

"Sleeping in nature!"

Never have been before to this area of Evia and it really suprise me! The location of the Frictories Station was superb! We have spent our weekend in nature, in our comfortable apartment with a beautiful view and we were sleeping in complete silence!!!!! The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful. Nearby one can find amazing beaches without walking if not wished so! Limnionas has three restaurants with very nice food. Coffee and breakfast are also easy to get.

There is not really something to mention. I had a very good time ! it was worthy the visit and the money!

The owner of the apartment is very nice. The apartment is very clean, fully equipped kitchen including coffee, sugar and even olive oil. The view from the balcony is amazing. We will definitely be back next year
