Clear directions for arrival & parking. Top selection for breakfast & kitchen facilities. Warm, comfortable & excellent bed... Good facilities in the cosy room.

Shower tray & unit is a bit 'tired' - but worked fine.

Easy to find,easy access,good parking, beautiful room, lovely sea view! Comfortable bed, really enjoyed it. Perfectly happy with the breakfast arrangements too.

If I’m being picky the shower tray and sealant could do with a revamp.
