Aqua Terra Boutique Guesthouse - Simon's Town, Cape Town

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was above expectations. The views were breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are large with everything you need. There is a very calming and healing energy all over the premises. This is where you come to heal.

There was n bad smell in the room, and only two small windows to open. I'm sure if we took this up with the owner we would've been able to move rooms, but since we only stayed one night we remained in the room. The views were amazing, but walking to the beach is a challenge. It's very steep...definitely worth the view though.

Near boulders beach and the small town of Simons town. The view from the house is beautiful. The host was very welcoming and happy to help out and give recommendations (also easy instructions and communication via WhatsApp). The apartment was clean, we had a tv with Netflix, good internet and all the basics you need (shampoo, 2 water bottles etc). The place was in a safe guarded place. The staff was very kind, the breakfast has all needed.

Not much we didn’t like.

The views. This place has some stunning views of false bay. Gaze outside the windows and you never now what you'll see in the ocean - we managed to catch a site of some whales. The breakfast was great and the stay was pleasant overall.

The room we stayed in wasn't specifically the room that we booked. The owner suggested that it was an upgrade. The view was better but the room was smaller.
