the bed sheets was clean and matres was kind of ok, nothing more to like in this disaster place, which was defenetly the most expensive accomodation in our UK traveling from 4.

We didn't got the code for keybox previously, even I sent an message about what time we arrive there and still at the door I had to call the manager. Common kitchen are very dirty, stinky, furniture are dirty and broken. Fridge better to not open, was disgusting stink with rotten food in it. Many times are people let the door open, then whole trappenhouse are very cold and windy. The room doors hard to close and in the night somebody was open our room. In the rooms the floor was dirty, kind of in the past few weeks wasn't any cleaner there. Bathroom are same, very dirty, no handsoap, the toilet was disgusting dirty. Everywhere molt and stinkt. Check the pictures then you understand me.

Everything smelled bad and was dirty, the mattress smelled weird. It stunk like cigarettes. The bathroom had a bad odour and the shower was dirty. We had to put our clothes on the dirty floor because there was nowhere to put our things.They were cleaning the shower with an old toilet brush when we arrived.

At first I was annoyed by the amount of noise from the street however there is often street noise yelling wherever I go so the loud clock and cars going past were actually a positive and helped me sleep. If I live in Manchester in the future it’ll be a bolthole.

The conditions you provide for people to live in were simply awful, it was very dirty. It stank of cigarettes, there's not a single window in the room, so there's no ventilation, and it smells terrible. It's also very audible; you can hear people above and to the sides of us. It was really, really loud. there was no hot water, the BED LINEN WAS DIRTY AND STANK OF SWEAT!!!, In the bathroom sink there are hair remnants from where someone was shaving. And the carpet on the floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for years. There is a huge amount of garbage in the room, especially behind the bed there are a lot of napkins and garbage. And the kitchen looked just awful. We were absolutely horrified and couldn't wait until the morning to leave, unfortunately we couldn't stay anywhere else. Tidy up your hostel. The worst rental experience of my life
