Posizione ottima. Staff cordiale ed accogliente. Camera al primo piano ampia e con piccolo balconcino. Set per colazione, ombrellone, racchettoni da spiaggia e teli mari a disposizione per gli ospiti gratuitamente. Punto di forza il parcheggio a dispone (a pagamento)

Bagno piccolo e senza finestra. Rubinetteria da rinnovare / ripulire. Insonorizzazione delle camere da rivedere. Parcheggio a pagamento extra (potrebbe essere incluso visto il prezzo della camera ). Manca servizio ristoro in struttura. Rapporto qualità prezzo non molto vantaggioso

There was a dark and shabby entrance, supposedly lobby, the access to it was through a parking space, poorly maintained. Just horrible!

The room was very very small. No balcony, we could not hang our swimwear to dry out. We could hardly move around into the room which should by no means be a room hosting people. The towels rough enough to scrub your face and body. The communication was very good. We found Charging 10€ for carrying us from the port to the “hotel” unfair, as well as charging 7€ per day for parking space outrageous, that is why we did not take it!

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, φιλικό περιβάλλον. Άνετο σχετικά δωμάτιο. Gift box, εκπτώσεις σε μαγαζιά και πολλά άλλα, έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ξεχωριστή.

Location is great, quiet street but just few minutes walk from the main street. Hosts are very kind and welcoming. The room was well equipped with everything you need for a vacation stay and we even got some small treats - snacks and water.

If you are staying at the upper floors the stairs are very steep and narrow. Keep in mind if coming with heavy luggage or if having moving difficulties.

2 minutes from the main walking avenue and 10 minutes from the harbour, clean rooms, staff helped to organize a transfer to the airport

not really recognizable from outside, basic furniture, air conditioning is available but works only if all the windows of the whole apartment are closed. quality-price ratio was acceptable considering the period but no more.

L’hotel è gestito da una famiglia, molto carini ed accoglienti, consigliano molti posti da vedere e sono sempre disponibili, anche per affittare il motorino è stato facilissimo, e per qualsiasi informazione sono molto disponibili

Ci aspettavamo una camera più grande, non era proprio come le foto, diciamo che erano state fatte con il grand angolo, il letto per due persone era veramente piccolo, e il condizionatore sopra il letto non era il massimo, dovevamo spostare il letto per non farci arrivare l’aria addosso. Sulla descrizione c’è scritto che l’hotel è vicinissimo alla spiaggia, quando invece per raggiungerla bisogna prendere il motorino o il bus

Central location directly in the Skiathos town center - like many places in the town we weren't sure where to find it but with a quick call they helped direct us. Parking available (though I did not use) but easily walkable to the town, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, port (taxi, ferry, bus) and bus stop. Although central it was very peaceful. Rooms were very clean and to a good-high standard. The staff were always willing to accommodate, including the transfer to the airport (cheaper than a taxi).
