El Tabora Guest House

Super friendly staff, Colin was very welcoming. Not many traditional b and b like this. It is like stepping back in time which was an experience. It is two star bear this in mind my scores rate this as an excellent two star. Perfect for an overnight stay. El Tabora saved me when there was not many other options available in Guernsey.

Nothing I didn't like however people should understand this b and b is a little dated and appreciate it for what it is for and it's retro qualities.

Les extérieurs pourraient être aménagés ( quelques pots de fleurs par exemple ) car cela donne une image un peu décevante en arrivant. La décoration intérieure date mais cela donne un côté très anglais qu'on apprécie quand même.

First and Foremost: I'd like to apologise. When you hear about shared bathroom facilities, it sends shivers down your spine like it did mine about several insecurities. But at EL Tabora Gst Hse,,, Kudos to you Mr. Colin. Your hospitality surpasses many hotels with stars. A very warm host. Knows how to keep the conversation going. Understands the essence of Time Management. Goes an extra mile to offer assistance with his truck in the event of a missed bus ride, including calling back to ascertain that you reached your destination safely, name it all. A cosy place to rest while you're travelling through the town. PS: Consider having fulltime meals and you'll thank me later 😉. WE WILL BE BACK SOON!!! J.O.N. from Nairobi Kenya.

The fact that Mr. Colin isn't capitalising on what he has,,, an unfully exploited gem!

Location is a little out of the way but isn't really a problem

Host Colin was friendly, breakfast was hot and ready upon arring to table. Great location

Separate shared bathroom, but wasn't too much of an issue as value was amazing.

L'amabilité et la gentillesse de notre hôte Colin ! La chambre tout équipée pour pouvoir réchauffer un plat pour le dîner, et un grand supermarché à proximité La salle de bain /wc est partagée mais il y en a 2 donc pas un souci et il y a un lavabo dans la chambre

Le B&B est à 2km du centre ville et le dimanche il y a peu de bus.
