"Fabulous stay"

Eric who looked after us really made this visit. Nothing was too much trouble and he made us extremely welcome. We had dinner one of the nights we stayed and probably the best meal we have had during our visit to SA, including Cape Town. Definitely stay here again. The rooms and decor are beautiful but the level of service make this a definite place to stay

"Exceptional"

The place was very, very nice!! Eric was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much. we had one small problem with the shower and he fixed it immediately. Brilliant breakfast!! I am sad that we only stayed one night.

"Lovely guest house"

Nice guest house it is well appointed . Staff were attentive we ate dinner in the hotel , which was lovely and enabled us to relax . We were the only guests which made it very quiet. We stayed one night on route

"Great overnight stop"

The staff are lovely, very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, even sending my husbands jacket to us that he left in the room! Dinner was lovely, with a good wine list. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was great, I can recommend the omelettes!

A stunning hotel with top class decor and facilities

We had not understood that we needed to say by 1700 if we wanted dinner. Inflexible because the cooks come from a distance but we had not realised that. Oudtshoorn itself does not have great dining options!

"Definitely one of the most comfy beds!"

What a wonderful find! We made a last minute booking and it was a great choice! Total comfort and a room filled with luxury. We would stay there again!

For some it might be a little out of town but for us it was perfect to relax.
