Lovely and very helpful staff

Lots of stairs!

Location is a bit out of where you'd want to be but that's not the hotels fault. Staff were very unfriendly, almost rude. The room wasn't very clean, we had ants everywhere, up the walls in the bedroom. In the bathroom. Not great. You also have to pay extra to use the aircon unit in the room. $5 a night is quite a steep price. There is no hairdryer in the hotel at all. There is also no lift. They also require you to leave your room key at reception when you go out for the day which I initially thought was just common in Cambodia but no where else we've stayed has required this. All in all i wouldn't come back, you can get better for the price.

Nice, clean and quiet room with AC for a decent price.

There aren't many facilities at the property other than the basics.
