No breakfast but plenty of shops close for every demand..the place 70 meters out of traffic very nice quiet..refredirator on the room nice.paring beach is only ten minutes walk.blus bus from Paton beach to airport 100bht air conditioned instead 1000bht for taxi.excellent sunsets in the sea ..

No elevator ,on premises,no parking for cars only for scooters.mosque near the property and the moesin voice to loud..16 steps each floor is a bearded after walking in hot weather so customers ask for lower floor rooms
