The Larches

Clean room and clear instructions to get in. Comfortable bed and quiet. Really great to have access to a kitchen with washing machine. Also really loked the touch of leaving a take away coffee cup in the room to be able to take with you on your journey.

A little nerve-wracking not receiving check-in information until lunchtime on the day, however, we were informed and it did come when advised. There was also road works that stopped us getting to the property easily which would have been good to know aboutbin advance, if possible.

The Larches are rooms for 1-2 people in a house. Small studio rooms, quite private, very clean, nice design very comfortable and for me, location was very convenient for Wolverhampton. Jay who manages the rooms was super communicative on booking the room, which I liked, and was on hand to help with anything. As it happened a fuse blew the next morning while I was there, and he responded straight away, fixed the problem within half an hour, and let me delay my checkout so I had plenty of time to shower and have breakfast.

Difficult to get up the stairs to the attic with a heavy suitcase as the stairs are very narrow and quite steep. Took a few tries to work out how to get the door open due to the instructions which said to use the back of your hand on a touch pad. That didn’t work, only the front of my hand fully pressed on it worked!! Shower went hot and cold, I think due to changes in pressure when other people were using water at the same time. Price wise was similar to a hotel but no breakfast included! To remote control didn’t work in my room and there wasn’t a way to use the TV without it.

Very clean and easy access. Help at the end of the phone in an instant. Great service. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely lovely lodge we stayed in. Looked wonderful. Absolutely perfect for what we needed.

Shower was a bit difficult to get to a nice temperature.

They upgraded us for free which was a lovely touch. The room had everything to make our stay comfortable

Very clean and tidy. Comfy bed and provided with everything needed, either in the room or the communal kitchen.

The fridge in the room couldn’t be adjusted and froze my food. A small issue and no big deal
