Immaculately clean! beautiful decor! Attention to detail! Quiet and peaceful! Easy access! Comfortable bed! Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!!!!

Everything was perfect I have nothing to complain about !

My room was well prepared for my arrival, and had been properly cleaned - which for me, makes all the difference between 'average' and 'very good'. The provided toiletries were good, and the towels nice and 'soft' (unlike some hotels I've stayed in!) The bed was comfortable and ensured a good nights sleep - as was the addition of a portable 'tower fan', (my visit coincided with a heat wave!!) The bonus feature of the property was the excellent communal kitchen - which like my room was clean and ready for use. There were various pot/pans/cutlery etc available for guests to use. As there is a Sainsbury's about 5 minutes walk from the property, cooking my own supper becomes a viable option for my next stay! Communication with Jay was excellent, as was my morning chat with the property cleaner, giving my the distinct impression that I was dealing with an Owner (and Staff) who actually understood customer service - as a lived experience, rather than just a slogan..... Finally, the location was perfect. A 20 minute walk into town, and the property is situated in a quite residential street. This is now my 'preferred location of choice' for my future visits to Wolverhampton.

The only aspect I'd point to is not providing decaf coffee sachets, but that an incredibly minor point!
