The staff were amazingly bubbly and efficient. They will go out of their way to accommodate you. There were 2 ladies, I can only remember Nondumiso's name unfortunately. But the other lady was at reception. No expense was spared, from the quality bed and sofa to the facilities in the bathroom to the buildings and rooms themselves. Very very clean. The location also worked for us, it was close to the Botanical Gardens, Midlands Mall and Montrose. We really had an amazing time.
