"sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, Appartement eher für junge Leute geeignet"

Der Vermieter Andrea sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr gute Lage direkt in Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Frühstück in nahen Cafeteria inklusive und sehr gut.

Zimmer war extrem klein für 2 Personen mit Koffer und Rucksack, steile enge Stiege zum Appartement, nichts für ältere Leute mit Hüftbeschwerden, für eine Nacht okay.

Location was excellent & in the heart of the old town.

Description of the facility is deceptive. It’s basically a room with a bathroom attached. There is no access to the rooftop terrace if you have not booked that room. There is no reception area. The room basically opens on to the street. We had no view of a major landmark as advertised. Our view was a laneway & view of the back wall of a church. Had to ask for a kettle. Most 4 star properties provide glasses & mugs. Plastic cups & cardboard cups are not good enough. Brand new ceramic coffee mugs were provided once we requested them. The only light to the room was through the front door so if you opened the internal wooden door everyone passing by could look into your room. Quite claustrophobic.

"Location, comfort, service"

Location in middle of old town. Very quiet. Roof deck with views of sea.

Bedrooms were small but this didn’t affect our stay. A lot of steep steps but this is typical of historic properties.

Fantastic location, surprisingly quiet so close to the square. Everything you need. Roof terrace in the sun is an amazing addition with great views and comfy seating. The black out blinds, net curtain and main curtain ensures a great night's sleep. Communication and response time from the staff was amazing service, transfer from car park was great. Video instructions and WhatsApp messages made everything easy. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was delightful, with plenty of options. Even only staying two nights, it was nice that they serviced the room.

No problems for us, but for others to be aware the entrance and stairs are narrow and steep. The mattress was a little hard for us, but everyone has different tastes.
