-Great location close to the bars, restaurants, shops. Area is safe. Nice balcony. Parking about 8-10 mins far from apartment.

We had a heavy suitcase and the apartment is upstairs / narrow stairs, which wasn't exactly comfortable.

The property is just outside the central town. 50m and you are there. The apartment itself is on the first and second floor, with a narrow steep steps from the narrow street leading up to it. One double bed on level-1, lovely small balcony , a toilet. Level-2 has another double bed, a shower and toilet and a large covered balcony/sit out. Fresh croissant of your choice is delivered at 8:30am. There is coffee machine and pod.

The landlord does not understand English and communicates in Italian only. So,if you for whatever reason have a conversation ,it will be tough. BEWARE, there is no parking at the property. The streets are narrow one-way lane, with a row of residents parking only. So don’t take your car near the property except may be drop of the luggage and family at the doorstep, while you go park elsewhere. The nearest car seems to be about mile away, good 10-15mins walk. The car park is named Marco Polo (Parcheggio Marco Polo). This is where I parked as advised by the landlord after some major Italian - English miscommunication. There is also another car park Parcheggio polignano, which might be better suited. None of the car parks accept cards as far as I saw. So carry coins or download the easypark app to make your life easy.

It was very small and uncomfortable. The staff were very unfriendly and offensive. They do not speak English and always write in English. It was the most terrible staff ever had. Do not recommend any to book there.

great location right by the town centre. cute small apartment with everything you need and a lovely terrace.

Location is great. Place is spacious. Two couples would fit there with privacy.

Breakfast included is toast, croissant and coffee, it’s great but no other option.

The location was great, a block away from the water (and the walking path along the water), couple of blocks away from old town, and close to what we dubbed "the cool street". Lots of restaurants and bars nearby but not close enough to be noisy. The apartment had wonderful outdoor spaces, my favorite was the downstairs balcony with sea views. The apartment was well equiped with appliances for coffee, tea, etc. and was stocked with breakfast items. Fresh pastries were delivered each morning.

Not a problem for us but if one was on the larger side or had mobility issues the 2 staircases are a bit steep and narrow.

Location - in the center of the old town, yet quite. The apartment was very beautiful and cozy, the owner doesn't speak English but somehow it wasn't a problem. She is a lovely lady and has really nice local restaurant with excellent food. We booked the apartment for me, my mom and my son. My son had a bedroom on a separate floor and it worked perfect for us. The terrace is spacious and there is a little balcony on the first floor, big enough for two people to have a coffee or a drink without going to the next floor terrace. Everything is really close to the property. I will definitely come back next time in Polignano.
