A beautiful room, comfortable with everything I needed.

I was walking the Camino and had to walk further down the road to check in. Later on when I had a problem with the WiFi I had to walk back there, as there was no phone in the room to communicate with the receptionist. The receptionist then had to walk with me back to where I was staying and it felt a little awkward. If there was a phone in the room it might help with this!
