Excellent hosts, kind and very thoughtful, great location and breakfast, clean comfy rooms.

I liked very much this accomodation.

The guest house was exceptionally clean, decorated with a personal touch from the owner. The hosts made us feel like at home. The guest house is located in a covenient place - it's close to the main points of interest like restaurants, Sainsbury's and the railway station.

Very friendly couple who the place. Close location to Windermere centre 5 minutes walk and bus stop close by

Adam place is a good location, very clean and make you feel comfortable.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen, warm onthaal, goed ontbijt, goede kamer (beetje krap maar toch goed), parkeren op straat was geen enkel probleem, Uitstekend vertrekpunt om het Lake District te verkennen.

Great location and our room was a really good size and comfortable for three of us staying. Breakfast was fantastic our hosts Linda and Chris couldn’t have been more h er mogul or attentive. Very reasonably priced.

Nothing, everything was great.

It was very clean, a short 10 minute walk to the town centre, and the staff were lovely Linda and Chris made us feel very welcome and made us a great breakfast every day We’ll certainly stay here next time in Windermere Thank you very much :)

Great hosts, couldn't do enough for you, very attentive and lovely breakfast. Really good location, short walk to either Bowness or Windsor, in a residential street with ample free parking and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the central areas to relax a little when you wanted to go back to your room.
