Good location and clean.

1) The hot water supply was out of order on Saturday morning. Although the issue was reported at 8:00 AM, hot water was not available until around 10:00 AM. This was very disappointing, as the significant delay created a stressful situation for our family, especially since we had very limited time to get ready for a family celebration at 11:00 AM. Furthermore, the landlord/service provider did not show enough empathy. Their attitude was essentially: “The water heater has been fixed, so now you simply need to wait patiently until the water reheats,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. 2) The property was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen. On the positive side, the kitchen was well equipped with cooking appliances and accessories. However, there was not even a small table with a couple of chairs available, which was very inconvenient for a family with two teenage children. 3) In one of the bedrooms, there was no bedside lamp at all. As a result, the only option in the evening was to use the main ceiling light, which was quite uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Ubytovanie na jednu noc postačujúce, čisté. Chýbal nám stôl a stoličky nakoľko je v apartmáne mini kuchynka, chceli sme sa aspoň naranajkovat.
