A televisão disponível no quarto era demasiado pequena, tornando difícil a sua utilização. O ar-condicionado não funcionava e, pela manhã, verificava-se um nível significativo de humidade nas paredes do quarto. Na casa de banho, a torneira do lavatório apresentava dificuldade em fechar corretamente. Além disso, a roupa de cama, nomeadamente o edredão, encontrava-se manchada, o que comprometeu o conforto da estadia.
