Puri Hondje

Staying at puri hondje was a delight. Kade the owner was so kind and extremely helpful. She suggested all the great places, helped and organised a trip in a very good price, and bike. She was so kind and really made me feel like home. The bed is so comfortable and with a nice feeling. The towels were smelling so good and placed some flowers which was such a nice detail. Great deal for the money. Thank you for everything Kade.

Bathroom is a bit old but you don't really care. It has warm water which is so important and soap and shampoo.

Friendly front desk worker

It is 1 block from the mosque loud speaker, with fans and ac at full it will keep you awake on the second floor of this room setup. They refuse to run a generator after midnight on this side of street. Power goes out frequently at night so no fans, no ac. Across the road they run generators so you can hear the neighbors and owner having ac and fans. Was told that it was a neighbor agreement that when power goes out after midnight there is no generators run on property. Our room has big wooden slats, 2 upstairs where ac is and 2 downstairs. That along with the roof not sealed renders the ac nearly useless. This also allows mosquitos to come in and feast. My little boy got eaten each night the power went off as the fan we had blowing over him kept mosquitos off. There is no mosquito netting.

It was a very nice place to stay. Clean and tidy. You have a lot of space in the room. Huge bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice terrace. There is also bicycle rental in a nearby property. The owner and her staff are super friendly. We felt so welcomed there. Nicest host I’ve met in Indonesia.
