Nice house, owner's hospitality is top-notch. Очень приятный дом, гостеприимство на высшем уровне.

The rooms are a bit dark. The surrounding doesn't make great view. В комнатах довольно темно, окрестности выглядят не слишком привлекательно.

Очень красивый дом и двор. Автобус останавливается прямо возле дома. До метро 10 мин.

Очень душевное место! Добрые и внимательные хозяева, в доме идеальная чистота — даже краны блестят. Атмосфера уюта, просторный двор с беседками, а из окон открывается приятный вид. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым — удобно и по-домашнему.

The host was helpful and responsive, and he spoke fluent English. He went out of his way to introduce me to the neighborhood, and showed me how to find the grocery stores and subway station. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, with everything in decent condition. Essential cooking, cleaning and dining equipment were provided. The shower was good, and the WiFi was reliable. You have to supply your own laundry detergent. There's a local bus pick up point on the street outside, and it's a short walk to Isani station. If you're happy to stay in a regular working class neighborhood, a short distance from where the action is, I recommend this apartment highly.

There was an interruption to the heating for one day. However, the host supplied a fan heater to keep me warm until it was fixed. No tumble dryer or microwave oven. I understand these appliances are rare in Georgia. Be careful with your crumbs, because there is an ant colony somewhere. There were a couple of interruptions to the water supply of a few hours. I understand these affected the whole district. Tbilisi water has a good reputation, so it's likely that problem will be resolved soon, but be sure to fill the water jug when your arrive just in case. Tblisi is a city in a valley, and the walk from the subway station is uphill. There is an underpass that takes you under the main road, but there is still a street with aggressive traffic you have to cross in order to reach the subway station. Be careful if you bring children.

I liked the facility, and staff.

A pleasant place to stay. The host was very welcoming and there was no problem arriving in the middle of the night from the airport. The room was newly refurbished in the georgian style, I wasn´t missing anything there. The underground station Isani was easily walkable.

The beds could be longer.
