Sehr gute Lage. Nur 10min Laufweg in das Städtchen. Die Gastgeberin war super und hat uns bei der Abreise kostenlos zum Bus gefahren. Zimmer geräumig mit allem was man braucht

Wir waren bei Regenwetter in den Highlands. Es wird dort sehr kalt und alles ist klamm. Wir haben daher im Zimmer recht gefroren. Das ist kein Minuspunkt. Die Dusche könnte etwas wärmer gewesen sein.

Das Roomstay steht und fällt mit der Seele von Jay, die dieses Roomstay mit ihrem Mann betreibt. Bei Fragen ist sie immer da und gibt nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants. Ausflüge kann man über sie buchen. Da Jay selbst oft im Wald ist, kennt sie die Umgebung und gibt Vorschläge zu Wander-/Hikingtouren. Das Roomstay ist zwar einfach eingerichtet, aber sauber und hat sogar eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank. Kaffee und Tee sind kostenlos. Ich selbst habe 4 Nächte hier verbracht. Das Bad teilt man sich, aber dieses wird täglich gereinigt. Zum "Stadtzentrum" sind es ca. 400-500 m zu Fuß (läuft man in 10 min).

Man muss einfach wissen, dass man sich um sein Frühstück selbst kümmern muss.

The host Jay is awesome. We loved the feeling of a home that the roomstay and host provided. The property is beautiful inside and outside. We scheduled a half day Mossy Forest tour and morning birdwatching tour with them - both were excellent and led by passionate, knowledgable guides. We also got great recommendations about which trails to hike on our own.

Nothing at all to dislike. It is easy to get a Grab to and from the location. We did that for the bus station and accessing trails. It's an easy 10 minute walk to town.

Sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgeberin die uns viele Infos gegeben hat. Schönes sauberes Zimmer.

Leichte Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer wie überall in den Highlands. Kurzer Fußweg bergauf vom Bus Terminal (mit Taxi/Grab möglich)
