Guesthouse different

The breakfast was fantastic, cooked every morning. The hosts Shako and Beqa are very welcoming and are able to advise on how to get around Georgia and Tbilisi. There is a bus stop right outside the property with a departure board of buses, buses into central Tbilisi take 5 minutes. My room had a private balcony which was a nice treat.

I like a firm mattress but that is personal preference. The mattress was rather spongy.

I highly recommend this guesthouse. The room was spotless and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay.

Everything is great.

The staff was very kind and friendly, making me feel right at home. They could speak several languages. The breakfast variety at this hotel was incredible. I truly enjoyed my 13 nights and 14 days stay. They were very flexible with check-in and check-out times, allowing me to stay beyond the agreed time without any hassle. It was my best experience during my trip to Georgia.

Everything was simply great

- good location - good price - very clean - excellent breakfast - friendly hosts

- only thing I can think about is the windows in my room, they could only be used in closed-open configuration without ajar option

I don't like it because it far away from the tbilisi and I don't like the breakfast 😕 and also the guy doesn't allow me to bring my friend to the room and also the room is not as the picture

The owner Shako is a top man 👌 Clean and comfortable and excellent value for money. With a well presented cooked breakfast included makes it a steal. Bus stop right outside or 1.50 euro taxi to centre within minutes. If you want to know anything about Georgia not just Tblisi Shako is your man. I wish I'd of found him the week before when I had 4 days but only got to stay 1 night passing back through. We had great conversations about many things. Look nowhere else different is the place to be.
