Very good breakfast , the hosts are super Nice and caring and the place is à bit remoted from thé center so its very calm and you can access easily with buses right in front pf the house. I recommand this place : )

Hosts are very friendly. It is a pet friendly house with doggos and a cat. Beautiful surroundings and the house.

Guys who run the property were very friendly and nice! I loved everything, easy access from the city center, a bus stop just in front of the property, cleanness, breakfast and friendly dogs and cats.

My experience with Guesthouse is amazing. It was a one week trip to Tablisi, and honeslty speaking, everything was perfect, especially the food. 24 hrs internet service, privacy, clean rooms, and friendly house owners. !! 💯

The guesthouse owner is a wonderful welcoming person. He helped a lot to plan my short visit to Tbilisi, gave me a lot of information about Georgia and its people and was very helpful regarding check-in and check-out procedure.

It was a warm welcome and nice chat at the beginning. Good breakfast. Friendly pets. Cooperative approach at the end

There is so many rules are in this house. You can’t hang out in the ground floor “Of Course” you can’t sit in table or couch. You literally only need to stay in your room all the time. It makes you feel unwanted. And the room was not specious. I stayed cheaper place with better conditions in Tbilisi after this place.
