Near the center and clean place

First of all, it is in the city center and in the middle of all historical and cultural tourism. The neighbors are nice and quiet, the biggest feature is that it is a family place. Married couples and families can come here with peace of mind.

There is nothing bad.

You have full privacy which is important, the room is warm and spacious with a closet. The location is perfect, just 1-2 minutes walk from 3 main supermarkets and 5 minutes from the main street of Rustaveli-Liberty square.

The owner wasn't there all our accommodation time, and the room wasn't ready though it was already check-in time! He asked his neighbor a kind woman on the first floor to take the money, quickly clean the room and prepare though it was not her job, so everything was quickly whatever was done like ok! The small corridor between the room and kitchen/bathroom is cold, no heating, same in the toilet. The room door lock is spoiled..in bad condition, so you barely can lock it after inserting the key and rounding it many times! It needs an immediate fix!

Comfortable bed, great location close to wonderful restaurants, great value

Hot water in the shower was almost too hot, it would've been nice to have a bedside lamp. Small complaints!

We had a great stay here. A clean spacious room just off a small courtyard, close enough to the city centre that we walked there daily and located close to the funicular railway which sits a bit further up the hill the guesthouse is located on. There is a private bathroom, although it isn't ensuite, it's just outside the room and easy to access. We enjoyed sitting on the sofa on the balcony outside the entrance in the evenings, despite being so close to the centre of the city it was incredibly quiet. Great value, we'll be staying here again next time we're in Tbilisi!
