Rooms (Bedroom and separate lounge and bathroom) large and very comfortable Breakfast excellent. Quiet that night but I suspect the walls are quite thin so noisy neighbours could be an issue Quiet location out of town which had nothing worthwhile to offer for eating

Wi fi was slow. No BBC programmes on the basic TV flights of stairs very difficult with a hip issues but the staff did offer to carry up luggage They have done an impressive job at keeping this old Victorian house authentic except for the stair carpets which make a very poor impression
