Communication from time of booking was perfect. The off road parking was a god send. The welcome upon arrival was warm and welcoming, room 5 was super clean spacious with a perfectly serviceable bathroom, The guest house is easy to find and perfectly located for all the local amenities. The price point does not reflect the accommodation or location. This is a great value stay

The location was perfect for our stay.

Everything was as you expect and more, upto date decor throughout and exceptionally clean. The owners very nice people and on hand if needed.

Being woken at 6.30am by the bottle collection outside, so loud. Not the landlords fault granted.

The hosts were friendly and helpful the free car park was a big plus the hotel had a high standard and the beds were very comfortable

I had no complaints whatsoever

The room was excellent, it was just a short walk to the town and beech.

The attentiveness from Wendy & Paul was second to none . Extremely welcoming the room was immaculate far exceeded my expectations !

I don’t stay longer !!! I wish I could have extended my stay at this beautiful property
