A great stay at a lovely well run and well maintained guest house. A warm welcome from Andy and Jane who are brilliant hosts and are helpful and easy to talk to. There is plenty of well maintained car parking space which along with the pathway to the rooms is well lit at night. My room was spotlessly clean, bright and airy and had everything I could have asked for to make my stay comfortable. I booked breakfast one day of my stay and the options are plentiful with an emphasise on qualiity and the cooked elements where served hot (something many guest houses dont get right) Its a short walk into town and the huge beach. The roadside footpath is in good condition. Water pressure in the shower is good, bed was comfortable, gardens are lovely with a cosy reading area. Would be very happy to book and stay again if I am visiting Mablethourpe or the surrounding area.

Everything about the Cross. Plenty of parking close to rooms The room was large comfortable and the bathroom huge. Location was ideal not too far from the town centre.
