Very dirty!

You need to take this hostel off your site immediately the national police in Tenerife south are investigating the property after we had to call them it is unsanitary and a fire hazard

This place was filthy beyond belief. I was really worried about my safety as a single female traveller. The place looked even worse in the daylight. Incredibly noisy. The mattress was extremely thin. The walls around bedstead were covered in stains. Hairs & stains on sheets & pillows (which obviously didn't belong to me.) There is fake grass as carpet which is FILTHY!! I'd warn anyone to STAY AWAY!!!

The apartment is conveniently located near the seafront and restaurants and not far from the harbour. It is noisy at night.

It is lacking in facilities. There is very little crockery/cutlery and no knives whatsoever. The bed and bathroom were clean but the rest of the apartment was dirty. There was mould in the fridge.

Nothing it’s awful smells of pee, dirty mattress and leaking boiler which no one saw to even though it was reported. The facilities are ridiculously dirty and rundown. There’s nothing there. Total rip off he took money from us at the shop downstairs for 2 extra nights. Just awful the worst place I have ever stayed. I’ve stayed in a four star hotel in golf sur for a lot cheaper.

I didn’t like the fact there were people kicking off at night time the mattress had blood and dirt stains all over it. The fridge had food leftover in it the wooden windows popped through so no security. It was just a joke and he has a common man down. The stairs takes money of people and doesn’t declare it. Health hazard. They should be shut down. Cockroaches in the bathroom and huge rats running around.

Only the location of the room is with positive sign. It's really 50 m from beach next to various restaurants and shops.

Getting in to room was like a James Bond movie. Inside was dirty, the bed linen and towels like too. There was a kitchen, but the dishes were dirty.

Nothing, absolutely nothing...

The place was disgusting, there were cockroaches and flies in the bed as well as urine and blood staines! The place stank really bad! We didn't stay and asked if we could have a refund the person on the phone and in person was extremely rude and told us no. We ended up sleeping on a sun lounger on the beach for the night instead of staying there. Will NEVER be back
