No facilities, even I can't normally breathe with this bad air, in toilet there is big coakcroches are living, be careful they are walking around the bed also. If u want to share your night with enemy, the best place ever you could get in Los Cristianos

The location was the only good thing.

I have stayed in many, many great properties with booking.com but this was shocking. It was filthy, unsafe and I don't know how this property could be let to anyone. The experience began with being informed after booking to pick up keys from a supermarket, so there was no reception or staff looking after the property. The interior walkway to the room was dirty and reeked of drug use. The room was filthy. There were holes and stains on the walls. The furniture was totally stained. The kitchen had a dirty fridge and soiled plates in the cupboard. There were used items from the last guest in the sink. The carpet was cheap astro turf which was full of bits and particles and was rolled and split in places. I had to go out and buy new bedsheets and towels, as the ones provided were disgraceful. The air con was not working but a fan was supplied in the room which I couldn't turn on because it was full of dust. The smell in the room was a mixture of boiling fat and weed. The bathroom was tiny and filthy. Excrement on top of the toilet cistern,, mould around the sink and tiny bath which had a hand held shower head. There was no curtain or screen so water flooded the bathroom floor which was dangerous. I did not feel safe and was concerned about the sanitation throughout the room. I complained to booking.com on day one who said they would get the host to contact me. They never did. I complained three more times and still have not been contacted. This was a disgrace from start to finish. I have lots of pictures and videos but unfortunately cannot upload anymore.
