Room and bathroom were very clean. Owners and family very welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us book a sleeper bus, calling multiple companies and translating times for us to make our decision.

The owner helped me a lot and gave me great advice. They very kind and friendly.

The rooms are bright and very clean. The bed is very good, the shower is hot. There is a kettle in the room. We stayed four nights and felt really comfortable. The owners are uncomplicated, friendly and very correct. We were able to park our bikes safely in the house. You get a lot of value for money here.

The managers were very friendly and it was very clean.

The hardness of the mattress made it very uncomfortable for me.

The hosts were very kind and hospitable and went out of their way to help me with all my questions.

If you come to Dien Bien, stay here! The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is just south of the center and easily walkable. What really brings it over the top are the hosts. They made sure that we settled well, helped us with getting health care, organised our transport to Sapa, and gave us recommendations for Dien Bien. Be aware that they are not fluent in english and use google translate, but that did not stop them to communicate perfectly with us.

There is a bit of mold in the room and bathroom.

Located in a great part of town, on the other side of a historical park, and a short walk from museums and other monuments. The owners super friendly and extremely helpful. When helping us to book a bus to Hanoi, the owner drove us to the bus stop and waited there until he saw us board. We got recommendations on places to eat as well as being treated as guests long past our stay. The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. Very good value for money!

Nothing bad can be said

The family was really nice and lovely, they were here to answer our questions and help us book the bus to leave dien bien phu. We loved our stay with them.

Great location near to all war sites. Family were exceptionally friendly and helpful (with the aid of Google translate!). Room basic but clean. Excellent value for money.
