GRThe hosts were really kind and helpful. The room was quite big, clean and with modern and beautiful furniture with anything you might need (air condition , hair drier, fridge ).. The balcony and the view were amazing.There was private parking available, much needed in Agios Ioannis village. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise : eggs, fresh pies , fresh bougatsa, milk and oats, orange juice, coffee and more ! From the terrace where the breakfast is served, you can enjoy the beach view, and we even spotted dolphins (in April) ! All in all, I would definitely choose it again next time i visit without a doubt.
The only downside i can think of is that in order to have such a great view, it is a bit of a hike from the beach, but this is not really a problem, because there is a shortcut with stairs to the beach and also the rooms have private parking. If the owners keep up the good price, it will be simply the best !

MKStivachtis Villas is just an amazing stay. We had a lovely time and honestly had the best relaxation ever. The location is great, there are however a lot of stairs until you reach the shore and beach, which we didn't mind because otherwise you wouldn't have the amazing view and ambient. Going down is just 5 mins. Also, there is a dedicated parking area for the car, which we also liked because we came with a car. We had a room with a sea view, which I recommend because you can observe the amazing sunrise and listen to the sounds of the sea. The room was spotless clean, also cleaned every day and towels were changed every third day. One thing you must not miss is the amazing homemade breakfast! Really tasty and big, everyone should try it at least once! Served on the amazing terase of the villa, overlooking the sea and surrounded with beautiful flowers and trees. The Papa Nero beach is also close, 10-15 mins on foot, easily reached by walking down the shore. We really recommend Stivachtis Villas and would come back again.

HUWonderful lush, quiet setting overlooking the Aegean. Friendly owners and wonderful home cooked breakfast! Everything was well done, so restful and gorgeous!

USCheck in is easy. Parking is easy. The family that runs it is so amazing and kind. Been twice and hopefully can find time to come back one day!
NLGreat rooms, very tidy and well made, we definitely recommend the one with sea view terrace. Great location in Agios Ioannis. It has parking. The breakfast was great too
ROThe rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The balcony that was facing the town and the beach was extraordinary. You can wake up with the sea 🌊 and the sun 🌞 and the sound of the waves. Of course in the evening you can see the lights of the town, while drinking a glass of vine. The room has glasses, plates, and some cutlery that can be useful. The breakfast, if you choose for one, it is divers and enough, with egs, pastry ham and cheese, yogurt, orange 🍊 juice and of course coffee ☕️ . Also, you have to take into consideration that you want to have a strol, you have to climb aprox 200 stairs from town to your room.
The air conditioner was facing the bed, so it couldn't be used when in bed. Also, the rooms are not soundproof.
