Great overall stay, especially for the price. Alicia (the owner) was extremely friendly and informative, and gave me some great tips for things to do in the area. The room was a decent size, and clean. Although there was only one bathroom, I never had to wait for too long to use it, and the other guests were also super friendly. Only small downside would be the location. It wasn't a problem for me, since I rented a car, and there is on site parking and it's quite a short drive from the airport and a lot of beaches and popular tourist spots in the south of the island. There's also a bus station nearby, if you don't want to drive, although relying on the bus might be a little inconvenient.

A közös használatú egy darab WC - fürdőszoba egyben rémálommá tette az ottartózkodásomat. Kínos perceket élsz át akkor, ha valami nagyon sürgős, de benn éppen valaki a kádban áztatja magát... 4 szoba lakóinak 1 darab WC nem jó megoldás!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is excellent—close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Alvaro è stato un host molto cordiale e disponibile. La stanza è pulita ed accogliente in una posizione comoda per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Tenerife sud. Molto consigliata!

Located very close to the airport and a good base to stay without being in a busy tourist spot. Beautiful rooftop terrace to eat meals and watch sunset and airport. Well stocked kitchen facilities, spacious bedroom with lots of storage. The host is very welcoming and friendly.

Parking can be tight if enough guests also have cars, though there is always nearby parking if required. Shower can be a bit fiddly to stay warm.

Alvaro was a very welcoming host. He took the time to give me lots of information about the public transport and some of the local history. A genuine and lovely man.

The property could do with another bathroom. It was a long wait at peak times, but no big deal.
