Good location for the train station. The property is easy to find and close to the main square which was pretty lively whilst I was there. There was some sort of karaoke until the early hours so it wasn't quiet but that didn't bother me.

Communication with the host wasn't the most forthcoming. There was no information on the breakfast until I asked. The facilities were generally very basic

Central location

The bedding was dirty with someone hair on it. And there were some hair left in the bathroom. The mattress is too soft and not comfortable to sleep. Too much noise as it is town centre.

Always again. The room was clean, air conditioned, waiting for us. Although brakefast was in a small restaurant a couple steps away, it was plenty enough, a pastry by choice and coffee or oj. We got a parking across the road and the beach is a 10min walk.

place was nice! it was a little hard to find so maybe a larger sign on/near the front door. had everything and was very clean

The communication with the host was excellent, the room was nice, and the location was perfect.

My room was clean and well furnished. The location is good near a lot of restaurants and bars.

For me the main problem was that according to the photos, I expected, that there would be some kitchen available. But it is available only for the one room on the ground floor. Consequently, I was not able to make some tea or coffee. For this price, I think, it would be not bad to add a simple coffee machine and kettle in all rooms

Great location in the heart of Isola Delle Femmine Clean room

Breakfast was a mess, it is not served at the Apartment itself but at a Bar nearby, however the bar owner did not know of a deal. It’s unfortunate when you pay for breakfast in the room fee.. Overall the room fee felt too pricey for the room and service you get
