Broadlands Guest House

Location was excellent, just a couple of mins from town centre. Parking although in a tight space was a real bonus. Bedroom was clean and bright and had everything you needed. Tamara the host was friendly and helpful in anything that you asked. Dining room was very nicely presented and breakfast was cooked nice and fresh for you. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend

Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. It was good value for the money you paid.

Though the room I rented (single twin) was small,it was extremely well-pointed. It had everything one needs, all arranged quite thoughtfully in a tiny space.

I could not figure out how to lock my room door from the inside. It was an old style key and I had no success getting it to work. But one of the staff showed me how to make it work as I was leaving, so at least I know it was possible.

Tamara the owner was lovely and gave us a warm welcome. Basement room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was great. Good location, 5 mins walk to town centre.

Parking was a bit tricky to get in and out of, but it was available, which is always a bonus with a guest house. The water system was a bit clunky and noisy, but again nothing that would stop me going back again

Really quiet, slept great! Breakfast was wonderful! It’s 5mins from everything!
