Poloha, prostredie, prístup personálu, strava, izba, wellness. Ďakujeme za veľmi príjemný pobyt.

Keďže izba bola vybavená kanvicou , uvítala by som aj nejaký čaj či kávu,. Inak nemám čo vytknúť.

Hotel was really good. It met and even exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was included in the price and it was a buffet with a big choice of options. Location is in a very nice green area. It was close to Poland and Pieniny Mountains, which was the main reason for our visit. I would recommend this play to my friends :)

Well, the hotel has good location, we were there in group of 4, room was very spacious, luminous with great view. Breakfast are just good.

My overall impression is bad as I left there my shirt, tried to communicate twice with hotel if there is possibility to send back my shirt, but no response from them.

Pool&jakuzzi

It was very cold in the room. Breakfast’s quality was poor. The walls were thin, whitout soundproofing. We heard everithing from the neighbours. Parking lot wasn’t enough. Our car had to park next to the road.

Since years we are spending some days in the winter season in High Tatras, but we found this hotel accidently as our usual places were booked out. We were lucky, as this hotel (more like a hotel not a pension) turned out to be a very nice surprise. Although it is located a bit far of the High Tatras (30-40 min drive) it is surrounded by beautiful nature and beautiful built environment. (Traditional style, well maintained, and attention to the details). The building looks brand new from inside, has 3 working floors (4th floor is closed) and of course elevator. We were in a 4-person apartment what was very spacious and comfortable. At first it was strange to have a large open space (there are no separated rooms within the room) but finally it was OK. The bathroom good be a bit bigger but also OK. A room is equipped at basic level, but for us it was not a problem. There is a small fridge although. There were single beds, but could put them together. Bed comfort was OK. The first and ground floor is occupied by the wellness area. There is an extra charge for it (full wellness or only swimming pool area) But it's worth the extra charge because wellness looks also brand new, and it's well designed and equipped. A little disadvantage is that breakfast/lunch/dinner is in a neighboring building (so in cold weather you need to put on warm cloths) but distance is little. Breakfast is like in hotels, some warm and cold variations. Quality was OK and food was still available at the end of the defined period. (No need to hurry). Also, little changes were made day by day. The restaurant part (we tried a la cart) was amazing. On top of the very nice, detailed interior design the food quality was also amazing. Mainly traditional local disses, in big portions and for very reasonable price. Service friendly and professional, credit cards accepted. We had a great experience, it's absolutely a very good value for money options.

There are only little things: - communication was sometimes not easy because of language barriers. However using google and international terms and German it was finally OK. I observed that German language is more mastered by the staff than English. Friendliness was always there. - the apartment rooms could have a bit more equipment, maybe some tea or coffee and cups. But I absolutely accept the current basic level as room prices are reasonable. - the bathrooms are a bit small, but OK if only 1 person is in. Overall this hotel is treasure chest for us, we will definitely come back. Value for money is 11 of 10!
