Spacious room with a great layout. Very comfortable bed as well as the washroom.. Relaxing seating area outside the corridor for relaxing with coffee or browsing. Outstanding service from Sinsin, who always went above and beyond to help!

The location is not great, as you always have to take a tricycle to reach the town center...There was a little issue with the push shower in the washroom, but the staff resolved it the very next day.. Overall, it’s an okay stay if you don't mind commuting.

Rooms in general are ok, except the electricity.

Serious electrical hazard in the shower head. When advising the staff about it was simply brushed away: "it's an Italian brand of electric showerhead" as if nothing can go wrong. There was a sign NOT TOUCHING THE SHOWER HEAD WHEN WATER FLOWS, so they were clearly aware of the fault. In addition the table lamps had exposed lamp bases, again a serious hazard. I'm writing this to protect others, not to be Mr. Know it All....be AWARE, it's not a joke!
