Bamboo Nest

Cute design and concept, bathrooms everywhere. Comfy beds, plenty of space. Communal kitchen with free water refills, tea and coffee. Wifi

Noisy in residential area. Noisy seating area directly underneath rooms. Weird location down a very crappy road and military bases.

Would have loved to stay longer at this place but sadly didn’t have enough time! Jonathan was an excellent host. I accidentally left something behind and he went out of his way to mail it to me at a later location.

Interesting building with lovely hangout areas. We had a nice dinner in the Sister hostel Room was clean and nice artwork. Convenient for 1 night before the airport.

The location is far away from everything and hard to get to. There was so much noise from roosters and dogs all through the night.

The artwork and design was gorgeous

Always a shame if you get ripped off at your first day in a country. If the owner arranges transportation you except a fair price, not paying 4x as much. That's not a good start. Beds are shit. Location is also far from town

Spacious rooms. Lots of hang out zones / hammocks. Kitchen has everything you need. Plus coffee. The entire place is well kept and extremely clean by staff who are also very polite, hopeful and friendly. Location is within the village. Which is a lovely experience. The local people are kind, friendly and helpful. We ate at restaurant next to bamboo nest. Clarissa/Owner is lovely and accommodated to our dietary choices. Jonathan.. what a superstar. He helped organise all of our tours and transport. Always close by if you need anything and returned all message within minutes. Thank you!! We also bonded with the animals they are apart of the house. They are lovely and playful, but also know how to keep distance.

Nice. We liked the authenticity, in general good location but we got mixed up on the roads in and out a lot. Clean and comfortable the fans in the room worked well. Liked the use of kitchen and lots of space to hang out. And the cats were cute and friendly but sometimes partied too late into the night ( with the roosters and dogs).

The location, the rooms, and above all, the staff. They helped me in more ways than I can mention in one review, thank you!

Very friendly host who also helped organize my tours and ride to the airport. The rooms are very cheap and clean. It has everything needed and the animals are very friendly.

The location is a bit hard to get to due to the military base nearby.
