A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals from 20:00 to 22:00 and a surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests can pick up the keys at Agenzia Immobiliare Prince, Via XX settembre 23 ,Santa Teresa Gallura. From 8 p.m onwards, the free self-check in will be activated via a special key box with password and video tutorial communicated by the host. Rena Bianca is the most famous beach in Santa Teresa Gallura. Its fine sand and crystal clear waters make it a true paradise. Due to the risk of degradation due to climate change and overcrowding, from 1 June 2024 access is limited and by reservation via the "lovesantateresa" web app where you will find all the information and rules of access and behavior.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

Unübertreffbare Lage mit wundervollem Ausblick und Meeresrauschen. Moderne Ausstattung. Sauber. Wunderbarer privater Balkon und Liegebereich.

Trotz der tollen Lage haben wir uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Obschon wir unsere Ankunftszeit mehrere Male melden mussten (sie blieb immer gleich, da wir mit dem öV anreisten), war schlussendlich trotzdem niemand da um uns zu begrüssen. Nicht so schlimm eigentlich, da auch problemlos selber eingecheckt werden kann. Wir hätten dann aber zumindest beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen eine kurze Begrüssung und Nachfrage zu unserer Anreise erwartet. Aber ganz im Gegenteil: Obwohl wir pünktlich zur offiziellen Frühstückszeit erschienen, wurden wir kurzerhand augenrollend wieder in unser Zimmer zurückgeschickt. Sie wäre noch nicht bereit! Wir haben ihr angeboten einfach im schönen Frühstücksraum zu warten, aber auch dieses Anliegen wurde ignoriert. Auch in den nächsten Tagen hielt die frostige Stimmung leider an. Kein Lächeln, keine Herzlichkeit....reiner Dienst nach Vorschrift. Jammerschade um die ansonsten schöne Unterkunft. Bei uns endet Luxury nicht bei der Einrichtung, sondern sollte sich auch bei der Gästebetreuung fortsetzen...so wie wir es sonst überall auf unserer Sardinienreise erfahren haben!

"Place out of your dreams"

The place out of your dreams: the villa, location & view is a top! Comfy bed and pillow. Balcony is just gorgeus to soak up morning sun and view. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels. Lady at the breakfast took good care of us.

Room was a bit small and could hear another room (a little).
