location was great

We have booked a room for 3 ( parents and a 16 yrs daughter) but the hosts decided to give the room to a larger group. They ofered us a double room instead with a cot or a cancellation. The double was a very large and good room, still they should have kept to the booking. Also they were kind of patronising.
