DEHuge guesthouse, large yard in front, all equipped very nicely, directly in the city centre. Car parking no problem. Super nice landlady, came over for late check in of mine (flight massively delayed), all no problem. Coffee machine and kitchen for free use, WiFi very good, bed comfortable, escalator worked nicely. Price very good for a whole flat.
I found an insect in my room shortly after check in. The whole house was cold due to winter time. There was no way to heat it up, the floor was always cold (I wore street shoes inside). This has nothing to do with the building specifically, it is normal in Portugal winter.

ATLovely, communicative and flexible hosts. They made the check in and stay very comfortable. The landlady even baked a cake for us. The kitchen and common area were very comfortable and well-equipped.
The rooms and bathrooms would need a bit of a fresh retouch. The walls were very thin, so there wasn't much privacy.
PTPTI did like the room and the house, really nice details everywhere; clean, snacks and coffee is provided. very quiet neighbourhood, and a small terrace. Great!
I felt the pictures were a tad misleading, kind of promissing a lot, but when you get there you see that the place is more minimalistic than the grandeur the pictures convey. it is minimalistic, bathroom too. It delivered on everything we needed; but put your expectations in check
