2310 Central Avenue

I loved my stay at 2310 Central, on the first floor of their carriage house. From the moment I arrived, it was perfection. The owner reached out to me by phone to give me instructions for the lock box. When I got inside, I loved what I saw. The room is large, with a king size bed, and a large spa tub. There was a nice size TV on the wall, above the electric fireplace. It had a nice little kitchenette with retro appliances. It was adorable. The bathroom was nice, with a decent sized glass shower stall. There were two chairs in the room, and a nice sized safe. The closet had two bathrobes, with a mini-cooler (for summer). There was a cute little porch also. The bonus was the tiny pillow spray, which contained chamomile for lulling me to sleep. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room also had a mini-split heating/air system, which made the room very cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone. I cannot wait to return.

I have two things that would make this place even better. I think the faucets in the tub should be labelled for hot and cold. It was difficult to figure which was which. Also a grab bar on the wall by the tub would be helpful. I had a little trouble getting out of the tub with no bar.

Fantastic little space in a great location. Clean and had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. Owners were easy to work with and had no issues at all.

Very nice neighborhood, quiet, we stayed in the 2nd floor guest house. The rental had a bedroom and small living room w/fireplace which is a bonus. The room is outfitted with small retro appliances which are perfect for size of the unit.

Nothing, would stay here again.

We stayed in the Carriage House, very clean and loved the decor. Location was very convenient- could walk everywhere.

Staff was extremely courteous and accommodating, especially for my early check in request. I am very happy with my choice to stay at this location.

The location was prime and the cleanliness was exceptional.

It’s not that I didn’t like anything. Everything was great. Just an opinion - I feel that they could utilize the space better, if they took out the spa tub out. They could put a bigger fridge and move the closet there, to make more countertop space.

I would recommend some cleaning products for the bathroom.

Lovely upstairs suite in the Carriage House. Very clean and comfortable. Close to attractions and the Cape May Ferry. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Check in process was a bit confusing, since we did not receive any instructions. Once I called the number on our reservation, the very helpful and friendly agent at the other property checked us in quickly. We did not know ahead of time that we would be able to use the pool there, so did not pack swimwear. We found everything that we needed at the Carriage House except paper towels. I spilled some watermelon juice and had to use a dish towel to mop it up from the counter. I realize that is was a holiday, however, the rate was a bit steep.
