Friendly and accommodating host. Air con, huge and comfortable bed. Good shower with hot water. It is remote enough to have quiet surroundings but walkable distance from beach and cafes.

We were very lucky to find availability here when we unexpectedly found ourselves with a week to spend in Nai Yang awaiting a flight home.The rooms feel private,located on a quiet road and with access to outside space where you can see lovely trees and hear birdsong.The location is ideal, a short walk to the beach with all the tourist infrastructure plus shops in the opposite direction even closer plus the airport bus stop, good for a cheap trip to Phuket Town.The room and environs were freshly painted and clean with nice design features.The room had all the amenities we needed and the communal kitchen was a bonus allowing us to make delicious breakfasts at leisure to begin our day.. Ammy left detailed and helpful instructions regarding check in and was easily accessible to answer queries making you feel very safe and secure.If you want an individualised experience away from mass tourism then this is the place.We really enjoyed Nai Yang too, having only intended to be there for transit purposes.Beautiful beach with safe swimming, nice restaurants even on the beach, lovely.

Such a lovely spotlessly clean comfortable and peaceful place. Great location, just 3 minutes walk to Nai Yang Beach.

It's super clean in the room, they regularly checked on us on our arrival and provided tips to travel from the airport to their location. They made us felt welcomed and warm.
