It was great to stay in a historic building. The location was great. You can easily walk to nice restaurants on the other side of the river. The surroundings of the place are very nice and you can go for a run or rent a bicycle.

The walls are very thin and you can hear neighbours and the kitchen activities below our room. Breakfast is served quite late and when we left on the last day we didn't get our coffee as promised.

Great place to get away from the big city. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean room, Bed very comfortable, high quality bedding and towels. Beautifully refurbished teak house with four bedrooms on the second floor. Our room was facing the front with private balcony. The main living room area downstairs set up as cafe sitting looking over fantastic greenery in the courtyard and lily pond.

Amazing location, peaceful and fantastic

The most amazing staff I have ever met. The hospitality is beyond that of anything I’ve ever experienced paired with a unique Thai atmosphere with beautiful rooms, decor and outdoor garden. Cannot even begin to describe how beautiful everyone and everything was. Definitely a hidden gem worth visiting if you’re ever at phitsanulok.

Beautiful old wooden villa restored with love and adapted to modern standards without hurting the general historic aspect. Friendly service and excellent breakfast. Even though it was very hot, we could stroll through the historic park, cross the river and reach a few good restaurants for dinner.

Beautiful little hotel with a wonderful garden area that is great for relaxing. The owner and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is located in a nice quiet spot beside the Chan royal palace grounds. Our room was very clean.
