Gestor muy amable y disponible. Habitación amplia, con bastantes enchufes, minifrigo, microondas, ventilador silencioso, smart tv y cama cómoda. Un detalle el café por la mañana. Aparcamiento gratuito. Bien conectado y cerca de Santander.

La mampara de la ducha estaba rota, un poco sucia y peligrosa porque se descolgaba. También estaba roto el gancho de colgar la ducha y no estaba muy limpia en general. El cuarto de baño muuuuy pequeño: sentados en el wc las rodillas tocan la pared de enfrente y no somos muy altos.

Todo perfecto. Limpio, cómodo, buena ubicación (muy cerca de Santander), con parking privado gratis… Además el personal es muy amable. Volveremos.

Residential Santamaria is a real hidden gem and, in our opinion, very underrated accommodation. For the price, it offers incredible value and is an absolute bargain. We genuinely couldn’t fault it. The location is great too - Hergom is around a 15-minute flat walk away, making it very easy to reach on foot. There is also a bus stop nearby with regular services into Santander, costing less than €2 and taking around 15 minutes. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night, but the owner was there to greet us and couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. It made a great first impression and set the tone for our stay. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided and the beds made every day, which was an unexpected touch at this price point and really added to the overall experience. We would also highly recommend taking the ferry across to Somo for a day trip – it’s well worth it and was one of the highlights of our visit. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Residential Santamaria to anyone looking for comfortable, affordable accommodation in the area. Excellent value for money and a great base for exploring Santander and the surrounding area.

Very little to complain about. The only drawback is that there aren’t many shops, restaurants, or bars right on the doorstep, so you’ll need to travel a short distance for food, drinks, and amenities.
