Property needs attention to maintenance and improvements. No microwave or coffee. maker present. Housekeeping left much to be desired

Great location, close to José Ignacio and with an awesome beach in front. Great service from all the staff, easy communication when needing anything, and very attentive to cleanliness. Comfortable beds and functional kitchen.

"nice place to stay close to José Ignacio and La barra"

it’s nice. it has a shared BBQ and a hot tub. the rooms are confortables. the cleaning staff was very nice to us . the rooms available upstairs have a much more nice view, worth the upgrade.

I think it would be nice to have a stove to cook alongside the BBQ. we were out of water for a day the owner asked us to pay an upfront fee before the period offered for free cancellation to “protect our reservation”. I found it very odd, I didn’t agree and all went smooth but still very odd
