CAEduardo at the front desk was exceptional. He provided great recommendations and stored my motorcycle in the office overnight. He really went above and beyond.
CAEduardo, at the front desk is exceptional. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The room is clean and comfortable with wi-fi and hot water. There is a shared kitchen for making coffee, etc.

USI liked the concept of the hotel and the view it offered from the top patio.
I am not a huge fan of the toilet being so close to the shower and there being an electric socket in the splash area.

Very basic accommodation, ok if it's what you're expecting but slightly over priced. Breakfast is a snack rather than a meal.

The wi-fi signal only worked well in the office and almost never in the room. There was only warm water without pressure and even that only lasted a minute or two. The room was bare of furniture and decoration. The common room had no silverware, cups or glasses. The price was much too high for this lack of facilities.
MXWe really enjoyed our stay at Ventuarum. The location is great and staff are very kind and helpful. Simple but comfortable rooms and a great view on the terrace! Will definitely go back!
