The place were well taken care of and that they genuinely care about the guests needs and concerns. And most of all, MALAPIT SA LAHAT NG MASARAP NA KAINAN, BEACHES AND ALL D GALAAN.

Not far from kota beach and the accessibility from other places

The location is excellent. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and 3-5 minute walk to restaurants. There are no signs (it's opposite the red and blue wall, down the path by the other red wall - Google maps is correct) but most tricycle drivers seem to know where it is. A tricycle ride from the port should cost 20-100 pesos depending on your negotiation skills. It's only 2km away. The property was quiet. I liked the free water refill station, communal kettle, coffee (but there's no tea), shared dining table and balcony chairs.

The bathroom in my room needs a plumber to look at the shower and toilet. The foot washing tap worked perfectly, but the main shower head was a trickle so I had to use a bucket to wash with. The toilet was constantly refilling so I had to use the bucket to flush with too. If the owners reply to my review to say these things have been fixed then I'd recommend staying here.

Rooms were comfortable, with balcony. Good location close to beach and eating places.

Wifi is very bad, toilet in first room did not flush, so we moved room.

Low pressure of water. The bidet and flush are not working. No hot and cold water for shower. It's okay that they provided a tabo and timba but it's dirty

Wish we could stay longer but we had to return due to work.
