Lovely place, near the stream, near the road, but surprisingly really quiet. Great staff. The place is very simple but that's where the magic lies.

The mattress is old, there is no air conditioning, but it was not needed. The water flow in the shower is very weak.

Zonder eigen vervoer zit je gevangen. Het bed was kei hard. Kamers niet schoon Douchen niet mogelijk, temperatuur van het water is niet te regelen.

Enjoyed the simplicity of the basic bungalow style room overlooking the river below. Peaceful, quiet & barely any other guest while we were late October. Tranquil listening to the noise of the river after a long day riding Mae Hong Son loop. Didn’t faze me but I realised as I was going to sleep the room itself has gaps between the timber where mosquitoes, spiders etc could make their way inside. We had no issues but there was a mosquito net in the room if you have concerns. Only a short walk (1.7km/ 1m) to the village down the road, found a great home style restaurant at ลาบปื้นกะล่าง where we enjoyed a fantastic meal & entertained by even better host. Recommend dinner there, best to ride/drive as the road is dark & sketchy walking when vehicles fly past. Hot Coffee House has a few different areas to relax/ unwind, bar fridge was left open on a honestly basis.. We had a few late night beers & settled our bill in the morning. Restaurant was open for breakfast, had basic breakfast over rice with side plate of fruit which was enjoyable.

We were told the restaurant would be open for dinner, not a soul in sight at 6pm or a couple hours later when we returned. For a place called Hot Coffee House, the coffee left a lot to be desired. Was desperate so I drank it, got a great espresso on my first stop in Chang Khoeng 30 mins away.

Une bonne Guest House bien entretenue dans laquelle nous avons été bien accueillit. La chambre était plutôt petite mais bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner quotidien était très bon, copieux et efficace. De plus, des bouteilles d’eau et du café sont offerts et vous attendent tous les jours dans votre chambre. Le renouvellement des serviettes de douche est également effectué quotidiennement. La bonne surprise pour nous est que l’établissement est une entreprise sociale qui soutient plusieurs projets et dont les bénéfices sont reversés à une « Maison pour enfants » située juste à côté de la Guest House (voir lien ci-dessous dessous) https://hotcoffee-th.org/about.html Je vous recommande vivement cet établissement 👍
